Overview

Restorative Massage Therapy was created in 2016 by the owner and licensed massage therapist, Nadia Ramsey. We are pleased to have (480) 5.0-star rating reviews with our MassageBook booking system and (50) 5.0-star reviews with Google Reviews. RMT has won the title for the best massage therapy in “The Best of Virginia 2018 -The Wander List” for the Shenandoah Valley. As a company we will be celebrating 5 years in business at the end of 2021! In the near future we are planning to expand even more to allow more therapists to come on board and offer the community other services such as salt therapy and a couple of other treatments.

Description

At Restorative Massage Therapy we have created a team of great therapists that are helping clients with their healing journey.  Using different techniques we help with rehabilitation after injuries, surgeries, increase range of motion for athletes and get one ready for an upcoming sports event.  With massage, we also help clients who have chronic conditions to maintain the best quality of life within their abilities.  Our facility also provides the space for anyone who is seeking to lessen their stress and muscle tension.  Many clients who are on vacation or are celebrating birthdays or anniversary come to treat themselves with our services. Some of the services are: different styles of massage such as hot stone therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology, myofascial release therapy, Swedish massage, medical massage, ashiatsu, zen shiatsu, trigger point therapy, lymph drain massage, prenatal massage, body wraps / scrubs, infrared blanket, facials. Our licensed master esthetician provides custom designed facial treatments to fit individual skincare needs. Offering dermaplaning, chemical peels, eyebrow / eyelash tinting and lash lift and tint.

Vision

Bringing awareness and educating the community about all that our center has to offer. For the center to have more licensed massage therapists to better accommodate the growing demand for our services.  Our vision is to have full coverage of the front desk personnel that will make the facility run smoother.

Mission

Our mission is to help the client with their healing process by elevating the pain and help achieve homeostasis with a whole body approach of knowing that the healing happens on many levels; physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.

Team

Each of our licensed massage therapists has a list of different techniques and specialties that makes them stand out and unique from one to another.  As an independent contractor each therapist has control of their schedule. We are looking for additional licensed massage therapists to work some evenings and weekends.  We are in need more front desk coverage to help run the facility such as answering phones, scheduling, checking out process, cleaning the facility, running some of the equipment and other duties on an as needed basis.
